Biography:

Xu Yongjun, Ph.D., Ph.D. supervisor, Researcher, Director of the Special Center of the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was appointed as an expert of the Ministry of Finance, the Science and Technology Committee of the Military Commission and the Ministry of Equipment Development. He focuses on the research and application in the fields of Signal Processing of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence Processing. He has published more than 80 academic papers, applied for more than 30 invention patents, registered more than 20 software copyrights and edited 3 professional books. He led more than 10 projects of 863 Programs, National Natural Science Foundation and Advanced research Foundation, as well as 5 major projects in the direction of Demonstration and Verification of Data Intelligence. He was awarded the Science and Technology Award of Beijing, the Advanced Individual of Academy-Local Cooperation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Outstanding Pioneer Pacesetter, the “Lu Jiaxi” Youth Talents and the Key Technical Talents.

Abstract:

The ocean occupies 71% of the earth’s surface area. Due to its large area, wide range and lack of infrastructure, timely and accurate perception of its activities and objectives is a great challenge. Combining main international perception methods and high-value data sources of deep and far-reaching sea, the report shows the study on the Processing Technology of Big Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence Technology under massive, sparse, confrontational and uncertain data, and realizes real-time perception, accurate judgment and situation prediction of global maritime targets.
